Hosted by Jovial Concepts

Hi neighbors,

We’re excited to invite you to our Fall Festival at Weaver Creek Park. This isn’t a big commercial event or something fancy—it’s a good old-fashioned community gathering, meant to bring folks together to celebrate the season, connect with each other, and spend time outside in one of our favorite local parks.

If you’ve never been before, we’d love for this to be your first time. And if you’ve come in the past, we can’t wait to see you again.

Want to Be a Vendor?

We’re still welcoming vendors and community organizations who’d like to join us. If you run a small business, make things by hand, grow food, or want to share what you do with others, we’d be happy to have you.

  • Vendor fee is $75
  • You bring your table, tent, and whatever you’d like to share
  • We especially love seeing farmers, growers, educators, and artisans join in

If you’re interested, check out the info on our flyer or click here to sign up. If you’re not sure if it’s a good fit, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to talk it through.

Why We’re Doing This

At Jovial Concepts, we spend most of our time working with schools, building gardens, and helping people reconnect with where their food comes from. But events like this are just as important to us. They bring people together—not just around agriculture or education, but around a sense of place and belonging.

We believe that community starts with showing up. When people come together in a park to share music, food, laughter, and ideas, something good happens. That’s really what this festival is all about.

What’s Happening at the Festival

We’ve kept things simple on purpose. This is the kind of event where you show up as you are, bump into a neighbor, and stay for the good food, music, and conversations.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Live music from local musicians

Bring a blanket or a folding chair and settle in. The music is curated for maximum entertainment—the musicians we are featuring have been in the Chicano Hall of Fame. We are so excited to have Jon Romero and The Taco Cats performing at our 2025 festival.

Activities for the kids

Get ready for a full day of fall fun! This year’s festival is packed with kid-friendly activities the whole family will love. From a giant caterpillar obstacle course and butterfly-themed bounce houses to face painting, pumpkin picking, and craft stations, there’s something for every age. Kids can ride on miniature trains, hop on a horse-drawn carriage, and dive into hands-on nature-based games and activities designed to spark creativity and curiosity. No screens, just good old-fashioned outdoor fun.

Good food

We’re excited to feature a handful of local food vendors serving up hearty, crowd-pleasing meals. One of our neighbors, Kenny, will be firing up his barbecue food truck—using wood from our recently pruned fruit trees to smoke a mouthwatering variety of meats. It’s a true farm-to-festival experience, packed with flavor and community spirit. Come hungry!

A beer garden for the adults

We’ll have a small beer garden set up with a few local brews from Old 121 Brewhouse. It’s a great way to relax, visit, and enjoy the crisp October air. They will also bring some great non-alcoholic options, including their house-made root beer.

A vendor market full of local folks

Expect everything from handmade goods and fall produce to small businesses and nonprofits sharing what they do. You’ll probably see someone you know behind one of the tables.

We’d Love to See You There

There’s no cost to attend, and there is no need to RSVP—just show up. Come with your kids, your friends, your partner, or come on your own and see who you run into.

We’ll be there all afternoon, and we truly hope you’ll stop by, even if it’s just for a little while.

If you have questions, accessibility needs or just want to chat with someone about the event, reach out to us at Jovial Concepts. We’re local, we’re friendly, and we mean it when we say—everyone is welcome.

See you at the park.
